Copywriter/6 year-old Louisiana State Karate and Duck-Calling Champion

Martin Luther King Day

Definitely the proudest I’ve been to be a part of a project. As the creative lead, I was able to concept this idea, bring it to our internal group and then present it to Twitter who bought in. From there it was working with them to find the most appropriate portion of the speech to Tweet out, breaking it up 140 characters at a time, and recommending celebrities we thought would make the most sense. Then, we crafted the Moment and copy to send out after the Tweets were posted. The response was amazing, from the press to Chance himself Tweeting out the whole moment later in the day. Not only did I get to work with some of my favorite artists on a concept that began with a single thought in the middle of the night, I got to add to the conversation on, in my opinion, one of the most important days of the year, and honor a hero in an appropriate, simple and organic way.
